I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, with a great view and close to everything. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. I especially loved the pool, although I didn't have time to use it. The hotel is conveniently located just across the river from the city itself and within walking distance of the free trams in the free tram zone area. I also appreciated the friendly staff who provided excellent hospitality.

The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the city and providing a beautiful backdrop. the pool and spa area were a highlight, perfect for relaxing after a long day of work. the convenience of having a supermarket nearby was also a plus, making it easy to grab any essentials or snacks.

The cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved, with some areas needing more attention to detail. there were a few instances where the staff members seemed uninformed and could benefit from further training.

Fantastic view, spacious rooms, clean and comfortable bedding. Pleasantly surprised by the great experience. Beautiful pool and convenient with supermarket underneath. Great location near Southbank with no noisy neighbors. Bonus with supermarket inside the building.

The view from the pool was absolutely amazing! The facilities were great and had everything we needed. It was perfect for us as women traveling alone. We also loved having a supermarket downstairs, making our stay even more convenient.

Felt warm, but overall, there was nothing to complain about.

The pool at Experience Platinum Hotel Apartments was absolutely fantastic. I loved lounging by the poolside, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the incredible views. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing and relaxing experience during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing pool. We loved staying here! This place is super close to the convention centre which we needed for work. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The room amenities were great - especially the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, sitting area, and dining table. We were pleasantly surprised by the free toiletries and the washing machine and dryer. The flat-screen tv was a great addition, as well as the carpeted floor. The leisure facilities were also amazing with a dryer, electric kettle, and all the necessary cookware and kitchen utensils.

Recommended for families, this venue was perfect for a memorable vacation.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was close to everything we wanted to see and do. We were able to walk to the free trams, which made getting around the city so easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was also nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the view from our room was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

The noise from the neighboring rooms, which kept us up at night.
